COMMON QUESTIONS

Click & Collect Questions

How long until my order is ready, and what is the cut-off?

Order online and collect from our Blaydon-on-Tyne trade counter. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday, or before 10am on Friday are ready within 2 hours. Orders placed after the cut-off are ready from 7am on the next working day. Your order confirmation shows the exact time your order will be ready.

Can I order collectable and delivery-only items together?

Not in one order. Click & Collect is only offered when every item in your basket is available for collection, because we cannot split one order between collection and delivery. Order the delivery-only items separately, or remove them to collect the rest.

Can I pay when I collect?

Yes. At checkout you can pay online, or choose to pay when you collect from our trade counter.
